Open your My services (Deployment Console), choose the hosting service and look for its control-panel action. That action is shown when the service and access permission have been verified.
If it is unavailable, check the service status and request help from the service details. You do not need a Synergy reseller login. Never use a panel link sent from an untrusted address.
