How do I create a Bulls-Eye account?

  1. Choose Account in the top navigation, then Create account.
  2. Use an email address you control and enter your details accurately.
  3. Follow the verification email to confirm your address, then return to your account.

Already invited to a project? Use the latest invitation sent to that same address. Creating an account does not automatically give access to another person’s services or projects.

If signup is temporarily unavailable, call 03 5608 6263 or email Bulls-Eye.

New account verification depends on email delivery being enabled. If the account screen says it is unavailable, contact us by phone or email; do not keep creating accounts.

My invitation or verification email has not arrived. What should I do?

Check the address you entered and your junk or spam folder. Use Resend verification when the verification screen permits it, then use the newest message. If it still does not arrive, contact us with the address you tried and the approximate time. We can check delivery without asking for your password.

If an invitation has expired, ask us to issue a fresh invitation. Forwarding someone else’s invitation will not give you authorised access.

I cannot sign in, or I have forgotten my password.

Open Account and use Forgot password. Enter the email used for your Bulls-Eye account and follow the newest reset message. Check that your password manager is using the correct website and account.

If too many attempts have temporarily blocked sign-in, follow the waiting period shown instead of repeatedly trying. If you cannot access the registered email, contact us for account recovery. We need to verify ownership before changing access.

My authenticator code is not working, or I have lost my phone.

Check that your phone’s date and time are set automatically, then try a fresh code for your Bulls-Eye account. If you saved recovery codes, use an unused code through the recovery option.

If you have neither your authenticator nor a recovery code, contact Bulls-Eye for a verified recovery process. Do not send us a password, authenticator setup key or unused recovery code. Administrator access requires an authenticator.

Your services

I have signed in, but my domain or project is missing.

Check that you used the email address associated with the purchase or invitation. Open your My services (Deployment Console) and clear any service filters. A pending order may not yet be an active service.

Contact us with your order or project reference if it still does not appear. We will check the service assignment and your role. We cannot move services into an account based only on a matching name or organisation.

Where do I find my hosting control panel?

Open your My services (Deployment Console), choose the hosting service and look for its control-panel action. That action is shown when the service and access permission have been verified.

If it is unavailable, check the service status and request help from the service details. You do not need a Synergy reseller login. Never use a panel link sent from an untrusted address.

How do I update DNS records?

Open the relevant domain in your My services (Deployment Console) and choose DNS. Review the existing record and the details supplied by the service you are connecting before submitting a change. Keep a copy of the previous value.

DNS controls are available only where the console manages the authoritative DNS service and your role allows editing. If DNS is hosted elsewhere, changes must be made with that provider. Ask us before changing nameservers or mail records if you are unsure: a change can affect your website and email. Cached records may take time to update.

My website or database has stopped working. How do I get help?

Open a support request against the affected service. Include the website address, exact error, when it began, business impact and any recent changes. A screenshot with personal information and secrets removed can help.

For a suspected data-loss or security incident, avoid repeated restores or changes that could overwrite evidence or recoverable data. Tell us it is an incident. We will establish whether the issue concerns the supplied hosting service or application work that needs a separately agreed scope.

What help comes with self-managed hosting?

Self-managed hosting gives you the hosting resources and access described in your plan. You look after your website content, application configuration, plugins, database administration and your own backup arrangements, except where the plan expressly includes a specific task.

You can contact Bulls-Eye about account, billing, access and supplied-service problems. Application development, migrations, database repair and ongoing management can be scoped separately. Your accepted order or SLA records any additional work we take on. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Are backups included, and can you restore my data?

Check your service’s actual backup inclusions, retention and restore conditions. Keep independent copies of important data and verify that those copies can be restored.

If you need recovery help, stop unnecessary changes and tell us the affected service, last known good time and available backups. Recovery depends on the data and agreed service; we cannot promise a usable recovery point before checking. Any paid recovery work will be scoped with you first.

Where are my invoices, payment history and renewal details?

Open your account’s Invoices & payments area for invoices and recorded payments. Open the individual service for its renewal information and preferences. A monthly collection schedule and a domain registration term are different things: check the accepted order for both.

If something appears incorrect, contact us with the invoice or order reference. Please do not send card numbers or security codes by email.

My payment is recorded, but my order is still pending.

Check the order’s current status and any action requested from you. A recorded payment is not, by itself, confirmation that a domain has been registered or hosting has been activated.

Do not place a duplicate order while the result is being checked. Contact Bulls-Eye with the order reference; we will reconcile the payment and supplier outcome.

How do I cancel a service or change renewal preferences?

Review the individual service’s renewal and cancellation options, effective date and any accepted commitment. Domain renewal preferences and hosting cancellation are handled separately.

Export the data you need before a hosting service is terminated. If you are unsure which service an option affects, contact us before confirming. An outstanding accepted payment balance does not disappear simply because a renewal preference changes.

How can I change my details or ask about personal information?

Use the profile and security settings in your account for supported changes. Email and other sensitive changes may require fresh verification. Domain registrant details may need a separate registrar process.

For access, correction or privacy questions, use your account’s privacy request option or contact Bulls-Eye. Do not attach identity documents to a general support email; we will explain any necessary verification method.

What should I include when asking for support?

Tell us which service or project is affected, the order or service reference, what happened, when it started, any recent changes and how it affects your business. Include a safe screenshot or the exact error text where useful.

Use your signed-in support area when possible so the request stays with the right service. If you cannot sign in, call 03 5608 6263 or email us. Never include passwords, card details, recovery codes or identity documents in the message. Response commitments are those in your agreed service or SLA.
