Self-managed hosting gives you the hosting resources and access described in your plan. You look after your website content, application configuration, plugins, database administration and your own backup arrangements, except where the plan expressly includes a specific task.
You can contact Bulls-Eye about account, billing, access and supplied-service problems. Application development, migrations, database repair and ongoing management can be scoped separately. Your accepted order or SLA records any additional work we take on. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
